The Seaside Inn Seaside Inn Hatteras, formally the Atlantic View Hotel, was the first hotel built in Hatteras Village in 1928. Stop #2 on the historic tour for Hatteras Village, it housed the first fishing tourist for the Albatross Fishing Fleet and duck hunters for nearby hunt clubs. The Inn was in operation from 1928 through 2003, when Hurricane Isabel devastated the island of Hatteras. After Hurricane Isabel, the Inn was raised, renovated, and completed in 2006 for re-opening. Whether you are planning a wedding, family reunion, church or corporate retreat, honeymoon, or just a great family beach vacation , the Seaside Inn has a variety of options to meet your needs. The Seaside Inn is still the place to be in Hatteras Village. The Seaside Inn has a variety of rooms to accommodate your needs. Our 10 guest rooms consist of 4 Single rooms, all with queen size beds, 2 King suites, 1 with jetted garden tub, and 4 Double rooms with varying combinations to sleep 3 thru 6 people. We also feature 1 pet friendly room. All rooms can be rented daily or weekly, Or rent the entire inn for your special occasion or function!
