Decent little place
If you’re looking for a small house right on the sound, this is it. We mostly had a pleasant experience here. Beautiful view and lovely sunsets (when not blocked by clouds or rain-which we had & not the fault of the house!). Pros: Pet friendly. Most of the house seems to have been updated recently. LVP throughout. Well stocked kitchen with above par items to cook and serve with. Washer/dryer in unit added recently. Great location-2 doors from community pool & playground for littles. Right next to public access to sound. Nice breezes off the water most of the time. Trees in the yard!!!!! A beautiful robin came to tap on the kitchen window every morning. QUIET neighborhood. Cons: Pet friendly. Cleaning crew doesn’t do a good job of getting rid of the pet hair. No matter how many times we swept, there were always large hairballs floating around on the floors. We knew it was pet friendly going in as we were going to be bringing our daschund; however, he passed away a month before our stay. Master BR has a queen sized bed. It needs and could accommodate a king bed. All beds (queen, 2 twins) are very high off the floor. Not safe for little children. Kitchen very dark. Living room furniture is not very comfortable (except the couch). The sound access was cluttered with sound grass-not a house issue, just an observation. Surrounding area was very overgrown and unkept which caused more spiders & spider webs in the house than usual. There is a long term rental attached and the owners were in the process of clearing the property. Some windows could not be opened-not updated as of our stay. A lot of the sound view was blocked by the trees in the yard. Just need a trimming. Don’t cut those trees down!! Washer/dryer located in the garage which was creepy, dark and loaded with a lot of the owners personal property. Would we stay there again? I’m an oceanfront girl at heart, but with our grandchildren we felt soundfront would be better (one hates sand). I probably would stay here again if it was just the 4 of us.

The fully screened in porch and views from under that beautiful tree in the hammock are well worth the price
It’s 2 doors down from the community pool, directly next to the public beach access and around the corner from convenient groceries and great restaurants.
