Security - Management of your home does not just end after the season, but continues throughout the year with monthly maintenance checks. Such inspections can ensure that your home is constantly being cared for.
Competitive - We know the importance on branding, which is why we are very active on social media sites, print marketing through billboards and rental catalog, search engine optimization with appropriate AdWords, constant website development and optimization, Email market campaigns, and advertising towards our rental demographic. And to give us the edge over the competition, we also list many of our homes on other rental sites like VRBO and HomeAway, increasing the potential for each home to obtain top bookings. As a new owner in our program, your individual rental home will feature its own listing on such sites, free of charge to you! With all of this said, your home will receive maximum exposure to the rental market, meaning more bookings at the best market value!
Accessibility - Our staff is readily available every day from 9am to 5pm, with an after-hours emergency number as well. We don't rely on automated services, so each call to our office is welcomed with a friendly voice who's here to help and better your day! Also, our website links directly to our reservation software, so information is always live and accurate. And, with constant access to their free online owner's portal, owners always have access to statements, work orders, reservation information, and owner bookings.
Honesty - No one likes to feel taken advantage of and we believe that being as transparent as possible is key in property management. This is why we only charge a flat 10% commission of your rental rate plus cost of cleaning your home. That's it! There are no hidden upkeep fees, up-charging of vendor bills, online owner statement charges, and so forth. We also provide yearly contracts, so you're never held to a multi-year commitment.
Communication - One of the most important aspects to any business is communication, and Cove has made this one of its most defining qualities. Through documentation of phone calls, accessible paper trails, following up with work orders, and so forth, we ensure that each message and instruction is followed through. If guests make a recommendation on what they'd like to see added to the home next year, you will know! Scheduling maintenance that must be done during a guest stay?
