• Applicant MUST view the home before Cove Realty will process application
• Each Applicant 18 and older must fill out an online application.  Upon application approval, each 18+ applicant must complete a background check.
• The Damage Deposit and First Month's Rent is required before move-in and can only be paid by cashier's check or money order.  Future payments can be made by credit card or personal check.
