Perfect location 3 houses from the beach and 10 min to our favorite fishing location. We were there to fish and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and has nice side walks. Close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle. House has everything you need except washer dryer and I think a gas grill would be a good addition. We would rent again.

The cottage was very clean and well equipped. The only complaint and the reason for the 4 star rating is the furniture in the the living room needs to be more comfortable and up to date. The location is convenient to everything OBX. Parking is good and sutiable for a single vehicle. Key pickup and return was easy.

The pool was in close proximity to the condo . It was a short drive to the beach. Centrally located With lots of restaurants and activities.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Kitty Hawk condo. Great set-up for a family. Short drive to public beach access and attractions like Jockey's Ridge State Park and the Wright Brothers Memorial. We didn't end up using the community pool, but it is visible from the condo and looks nice. Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at 1406 Swordfish Way! The unit was clean, had a very well stocked kitchen and was just perfect for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. The pool was within walking distance (less than 5 min.) which was super convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet! Two things that would be nice to have added would be a retractable clothesline in the patio area and a clothes dryer that could handle the size load the washer handles. We will be back!!

Perfect space for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. Washer and dryer were HUGE so it was easy to keep up with beach towels. Pantry area and closet in the kitchen area allowed plenty of storage. The pool is very close and the kids enjoyed it. My only wish would be patio furniture. However, that space provides a good place to hose off the beach.

This rental was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you needed for a week on the Outer Banks. We enjoyed the pool, which was large and not too crowded and plenty of umbrellas. The price was reasonable and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for 5 adults. Our 3 grown children shared the room with the twin beds. The master suite was very nice.
