270, Ocean Romance, is an absolutely perfect Nags Head Ocean-Front getaway for a small family or honeymoon retreat!  With an ocean-facing deck, well-kept interior with updated flooring, granite kitchen countertops, washer/dryer, outside shower w/bathroom, and so much more, you will have everything you need while relaxing to the sounds of the ocean in your back yard!

This OBX Ocean-Front features an ocean-facing great room with beach views all the way to the kitchen!  The queen ocean-facing bedroom allows for waking up to the sunset, while kids rooms provides a variety of extra bedding for the family!  And the beach-side deck allows for relaxing family gatherings and meals on the large picnic table, all while gazing out over the ocean.  And while you're spending a day out on the beach, you'll have convenient access to an outside shower with bathroom for those quick ocean retreats!

Being located in South Nags Head, you'll find relatively less-crowded and wide beaches, and the area is minutes from the Bodie Island Lighthouse, Outer Banks fishing pier (featuring the Fish Heads restaurant), 4 x 4 beaches, and Old Oregon Inlet Marina, while only a short drive to the heart of Nags Head, featuring an abundance of grocery stores, restaurants, Outlet Mall, golf (including miniature golf), sound-side water sports, and so much more! 

When you book your next OBX Vacation at 270, "Ocean Romance," your family will make memories you'll want to return to year-after-year.

And don’t forget to bring your “extended family,” as "Ocean Romance" allows up to two dogs with an additional $150 spray fee!

This home is also directly south of the 4-bedroom ocean front rental home 470 - "Torchsong," allowing for larger group vacations while being next to one another!

Perfect Beach Shack
Our stay was wonderful! The Ocean Romance is the perfect beach shack in the dunes. You must be at one with the sand. We will be back!

This was a perfect place to stay with our dog
This was a perfect place to stay with our dog. We enjoyed watching the waves and the sun from the deck. The house has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen was the best beach house kitchen we've ever had.
