418, Away from the World, will have you thinking just that, as you walk into this modern Nags Head beach rental home featuring a hot tub, updated furnishings, flooring and appliances, wealth of amenities, large yard, and only minutes to the sound and ocean!

 
When spending time “Away from the World,” you will enjoy luxury by the sea!  The Master King Bedroom presents comfortable bedding beside a 50” TV for late night lounging, while the spa bathroom features heated flooring and a rainfall shower, and the walk-in closet can accommodate just about anything you can bring with you!  The remaining bedding is found on the mid-floor and provides a variety of large sleeping arrangements to accommodate a number of family sizes, and each bedroom opens up to private decking and tranquil views.  In the spacious upstairs great room, your family can spread out for large meals and lay back after a long day at the beach, and the living area also opens to a large sundeck with plenty of seating and a table for outdoor dining!
 
Throughout this Outer Bank Rental Home, you and your family will stay entertained with amenities such as a year-round hot tub, hammock swings, access to a Kayak and Paddleboard, Tiki Toss, books and games, large backyard with firepit, 400mbps WiFi, and so much more!
 

This Nags Head Sound-Side Rental home is also located a short walk from the water-way separating Nags Head and Roanoke Island (locally referred to as the sound), and is perfect for small children and water sports like kayaking and paddleboarding, due to the shallow water and lack of large, ocean waves.  Enjoy using the new bike path that was set in 2020, for quick and safe travel from South Ridge to Jockey's Ridge (the sand dunes), only 1/2 mile away and an easy walk or bike ride!  And with the Surfside Plaza only minutes away, featuring the local favorite restaurant, Blue Moon Beach Grill, you're always within a short drive from restaurants, grocery stores, souvineir shops, and so much more!

Gorgeous house, great location!
This was one of the best vacations we have stayed at in OBX. The home was clean, spacious and the location was on par! Cove Realty was a wonderful host! We always have the best service from them. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

great first time in the obx!!
my friends and i typically go to cape cod every year, but we’re more spread out across the country now and figured the outer banks would be a great place for a trip instead. the house was great - very clean and super close to the sound. we were close to everything we needed and wanted to do. cove realty was easy to work with as the host too!

Amazing house!!
The property was more than I expected. Our family absolutely loved it! The Dave Mathews Decor was a bonus. If I had to have one negative, and this is purely a personal negative, the King temperpedic bed was very firm. I am a soft bed guy so it wasn’t the most comfortable to me. However, again, that is nothing that the host could fix. The kitchen provided plenty of space for our family meals. The hot tub was amazing. We didn’t use the backyard. I would recommend this home 100%!!!

If you have a chance you must go and stay. Centrally located with a short walk or bike ride to beach or my fav the sound side. The most relaxing time I have had in years. Book your week now.

Elegant comfort, great location!
Had a wonderful long weekend break here with my family! This house is recently updated and full of thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable, easy, and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked to cook at home, and there are multiple smart TVs for rainy days. I had to work remotely during our stay, and the wifi was excellent. The house also has great outdoor spaces. Multiple decks on both the front and rear of the home are perfect for viewing the AMAZING sunrises and sunsets over the ocean and sound. The hot tub and fire pit were great chances for family time. The neighborhood is quiet, but the house is super convenient to all that Nags Head has to offer. Excellent restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The sound beaches and dunes at Jockey's Ridge, are also a short walk or drive away and are an fantastic place to explore. Manteo and Hatteras Island are very close as well. We are definitely returning to Away From The World for our next trip!
