480 Tilli Tyme - Sat

We had a lovely stay in Nags Head. It was a true OBX classic. Plenty of room for us and the grandparents. Everything was as advertised. A short walk to beach and the hot tub and pool were open for us. We had a very good experience with the realty company and they were patient with us even though it was our first time renting with them and all the COVID protocols. From start to finish, it was an excellent trip.

Our family stayed in this beach house from 6/23 to 6/30. We had a great time and were very comfortable. The house is located 1 block from the ocean on a cul de sac, you go to the end of the street and cross the road and the beach access is right there. Included with the house Is the country club which is almost right across the street. We could walk to the beach and to the country club. If you have children, the club offers many activities for them throughout the day also water aerobics and water Zumba in the morning for the adults. The beach house has a hot tub and a small pool (it was big enough for our family to enjoy). Most kitchen ware is supplied, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, also has a toaster and a coffee maker. The beds are very comfortable. The outdoor shower was also a plus. The Food Lion was very close by to get your groceries. The only complaint I would have is the week went by way too fast.

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was restful and gave us a time to reset/ recharge. Beach was only a couple blocks away. Great place to walk on Virginia Dare Trail. The hot tub was divine. Very private on a cul de sac. Will visit again in the future.

We went away for a short weekend trip. Even though we got in late in the evening, we had no troubles picking up the keys and getting settled. The home was very comfortable and neat. I’d definitely stay here again with a few more friends. It’s very conveniently located near a shopping center and plenty of great restaurants.

this was the first time staying in this house, but we’ve been going to Knox head for 10 years. This house was OK. I don’t think I would rent this one again. The beds felt like they were 10 year-old mattresses. They were not comfortable at all when we got there the AC downstairs wasn’t working. The bathroom downstairs was leaking like crazy including the outdoor shower called Cove Realty. The maintenance guy was clueless. Had to call somebody else in and they worked on fixing the issues for three days while we were there. The poor is only three or 4 feet deep very tiny compared to the pictures. The noise from the road right behind the house was not relaxing at all the back of this house backs up to highway 12, which is the main highway in Outer Banks. The house itself was clean if you were needing something with less stairs like I was, this one would do.

The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect and very quiet. This is our 2nd yr at Tilli Tyme and enjoy it so much we are renting again next yr. Anyone renting this little cottage should be very happy they did. Plus the staff at Cove Realty is exceptional and very pleasant to work with.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Tilli Tyme so much we have it booked for next yr. The house is very comfortable and close to everything. Nicely stocked with the basic essentials. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I liked being so close to the beach access. It was nice having a lifeguard right there and the bath house with restrooms was really nice as well.

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for nearly 40 years. In that time, we have rented many houses from many different rental companies. When we rented Tilli Tyme, we knew that it was not one of the larger houses that we have ever rented. The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. There were no negative surprises. There were, however, some positive surprises. While the check-in time was 4:00, we got a call at 1:30 telling us that our house was ready and that we were free to move in. That never happens. When we got to the house, what we found was the cleanest house that we have rented in years! The past two years, we had serious cleaning and hygiene issues with the houses that we rented (not from Cove). We had no issues with the cleanliness of this house. In addition, let me say that Cove Realty was the friendliest and most accommodating rental agency with which we have ever worked. They checked in on us upon arrival, during the middle of our stay, and after we left to make sure that our stay was up to our expectations. We have already reserved a house with Cove for next summer.

This was our first time renting a house for our family vacation. It couldn't have been more perfect! The house was lovely and the perfect size for us. The pool was amazing!! Great since we had young kids with us! Our grandson even learn to swim!! We will definitely be going back!

This was a family getaway and we absolutely loved it. The property is a few minutes walk to the beach. There were bikes, skateboards, basketballs, etc for the kids and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend it!
