Very nice place, plenty of room. The beach was just a short walk with a nice walkway. It is very close to shops and grocery stores. We will be back.

Had plenty of room for a large family! I originally thought it was trick photography to make doors/rooms look bigger… they are actually bigger than what the pictures look! Many family members would get lost/confused where they were in the house 😂 our family has been doing family beach week for 20 years… this is our first time with cove..the ladies at cove office are super sweet and kind! Booking this gem again! And again…

Our family had a wonderful time at the godfather. The house is large and very nice. It would be great if the sun room had a queen bed and a tv, so it could be used as an actual bedroom. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We loved that we had such easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities like miniature golfing. The house was handicap accessible, had a lot of room to spread out for our group of 4 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs, and it had a lot of fun things to keep adults and kids busy inside and outside. The house had a few maintenance issues that were reported and taken care of for the most part, but that didn’t affect our stay.

This year we were very pleased to find an extra large table and chairs in the garage! Great for our annual seafood boil, and doing a puzzle while it rained heavily!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day weekend here. The house is amazing with roominess for many family members, huge kitchen, the pool/game room and hot tub were a HUGE hit with teens. Bike rentals up the street, grocery store/pizza/ice cream directly behind the house...walking distance to beautiful beach. Gorgeous neighborhood!! Dog friendly for sure. Perfection.

We’ve been coming to the Outer Banks for almost 30 years and we have rented from Cove Realty for most of those years. My husband has developed serious back problems in the last 15 years and now requires grab bars in the bathroom and shower area. He is unable to climb more than few stair steps. This home is ideal for him because of the elevator as well as grab bars strategically placed in every room (not just the bathrooms)! Our daughter and son-in-law and grandson are able to have the entire 2nd floor to themselves. The house layout is such that staying up late or rising before the sun doesn’t disturb those who are sleeping. The house is especially dog friendly also. We hope to continue coming to this house for our vacation every year to come.

We’ve stayed here for the last 3 years. A family member cannot climb stairs easily so the elevator makes it possible for him to use all the amenities in this home. It’s close to the beach access and to restaurants and shopping. We plan to return next year.

I was very impressed by this property! The house is huge and accommodated our 11 guests nicely. We loved the layout of the main living area being on the first floor, that was definitely a nice switch from all the other beach houses we have stayed at. Other reviews mention the number of handrails throughout the house. This didn’t bother us at all! We had older people with us and we found them quite helpful. Plus they are tastefully placed and they match nicely. Some of the bedrooms I wouldn’t necessarily classify as bedrooms. One is in the laundry room and the other is in a sunroom. But again this didn’t bother us. The house was very clean and the rental company was a pleasure to deal with. The house is close to the beach and the shopping center which was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again. And I’m super picky :-)

Already thinking of staying here again next year! The location could not be more perfect! The elevator was great for bringing the luggage up and down! We enjoyed grilling by the fantastic pool most days! The living room held the entire family for movie night, and the kitchen table held us all for breakfasts! Nice sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms gave us all space to relax and enjoy being together. Even the garage was massive enough for our Suburban and Jeep!

This is a lovely home for a large group particularly with multiple families or if you have family members with mobility issues due to the considerations with space (a few bathrooms are larger), handles in many places, and an elevator. The pool and game room provided several entertainment options in addition of course to the beach, which is a very short 2 block walk from the home. The location was great as we were able to easily walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The house furnishings were comfortable, and there was generally a lot of space to either be together or separate as needed.
