The unit features a living room with stairwell leading to upstairs loft. The lower level also provides a full kitchen and bathroom, along with a large entrance deck and shared washer/dryer room (shared with neighboring tenant). Maximum occupancy for 2 tenants. *Please note that AC thermostat is controlled by the neighboring tenant.
